Pre‑Order Items
Certain products may be offered as pre‑orders. The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. Please note that this date is an estimate and may change due to production or supplier delays.
Once the pre‑order item arrives at our facility, our standard processing time of 1–2 business days applies.
Orders that include both pre‑order and in‑stock items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
Pre‑order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed. If there are any updates to the expected release date, we will contact you by email.
